a. check to see where your rep stands.
b. If they are not in Elect Equality 2024 as certified, please send a letter/email to your representatives, as a constituent, and send them this text and ask them to fill out this survey. Link to Draft Letter

What does it mean to be “ERA Certified”?
As an ERA certified candidate you must:
- Recognize the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) as fully ratified and advocate for its recognition as the 28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution during the campaign and when in office.
- Incorporate the ERA into your campaign policies, messaging and talking points.
- Voice your support for the ERA in public events, with the media and on all social platforms throughout the campaign.
- Publicly and proudly share that you are ERA Certified.”
It’s possible you may be listed as an “ERA Supporter” based on your survey responses, but not receive the ERA Certified candidate designation based on other available information.
